WALDRONSMITH Management has secured a range of accommodation options at and within close proximity of the Meeting venue.

  • No deposit is required to secure your booking – simply use your credit card to guarantee your reservation, some hotels will charge your credit card 30 days prior to arrival, see below for each hotel’s terms and conditions 
  • Full pre-payment can still be made by noting this in the ‘Special Requirements’ section when completing your accommodation booking in the online registration form 

To secure your accommodation, simply complete the online registration form. A valid credit card number must be provided and will be passed on to the hotel to guarantee your booking. Your credit card will not be charged a deposit at the time of booking or in advance of arrival (unless stated in the terms and conditions for each hotel below). Your accommodation and incidental costs must be settled directly with the hotel on arrival or departure. Please note hotels may apply a surcharge to credit card payments. 

  

Please note the check in time is usually 2pm. If you require immediate access to your room prior to this time, hotels generally recommend booking for the evening before your stay commences. If you are arriving after 6pm please note this accordingly. 


Deadlines


The hotels impose strict release dates of 30 days prior to arrival, so any bookings made after Tuesday 18 April 2023 will be subject to availability. 


Please note cancelled bookings or failure to arrive at the hotel on the designated date of arrival (no show) will incur penalties. See details below before making your selection. 

Any changes to your booking must be made by email direct with the Meeting Office not directly with the hotel. Verbal changes or cancellations cannot be accepted, nor will the hotels accept any changes direct. 

All room rates noted are based on room only, unless otherwise specified, are in Australian Dollars and are inclusive of GST. 

ACCOMMODATION OPTIONS

Hilton Sydney

Room Rate: King Guest Room – $315 per night, room only SOLD OUT 

Deluxe King Room - $370 per night, room only


Hilton Hotel Sydney is located in Sydney CBD, with the Town Hall train station a 3-minute walk away. The hotel features two bars, a restaurant, an executive lounge, indoor lap pool, gym and spa. The rooms offer a king-size Hilton Serenity Bed, working desk, steam room style roll-in shower, tea/coffee making facilities, desk and LCD TV.

Cancellation policy: Cancellations received between 30-15 days of arrival will be charged a cancellation fee equal to two night's accommodation. Cancellations received within 14 days of arrival or non arrival at the hotel (no shows) will be charged a cancellation fee equal to the value of the entire length of stay.


Mantra on Kent

Room Rate:  Executive Studio - $329 per night, room only
                      Two Bedroom Apartment - $629 per night, room only


Mantra on Kent offers contemporary, stylish Sydney accommodation in the heart of the CBD. The property offers onsite business facilities including an internet lobby lounge and fully equipped meeting rooms, and has a 24-hour reception. Internet access is provided in all apartments, as well as cable TV, air conditioning, fully functional kitchens and laundry facilities. Please note housekeeping is not included in the accommodation rate.

Cancellation policy: Cancellations received between 30-14 days of arrival will be charged a cancellation fee equal to one night's accommodation, if the booking is for three nights or less; or two night's accommodation if the booking is for four nights or more. Cancellations received within 14 days of arrival or non arrival at the hotel (no shows) will be charged a cancellation fee equal to the value of the entire length of stay. Upon check in, you will be required to pay the full balance of your accommodation.


The Grace Sydney

Address: 77 York Street, Sydney  (400m / approx 5 mins walk from Conference Venue)

Room Rate: Guest Room - $285 per night, room only

The Grace Hotel is located in the heart of Sydney, offering luxury rooms and a rooftop fitness centre with an indoor swimming pool and a sauna. All rooms feature a flat-screen TV with cable channels and pay-per-view movies. They also offer free WiFi, tea/coffee making facilities, refrigerator, in-room safe, air-conditioning, iron and ironing board.

Cancellation policy: Cancellations received within 30 days of arrival or non arrival at the hotel (no shows) will be charged a cancellation fee equal to the value of the entire length of stay.
